Offices First is a subsidiary company of The First Group Pty Ltd, a property and facilities management company specialising in retail and commercial property.

Offices First Toowong is the prototype of a possible chain of serviced office facilities to be launched in suburban areas across South East Queensland sometime in the future.

Offices First's five-star facility at Toowong Tower was launched in October 2004.
