Who we are

Offices First Managing Director, Steven Bridges identified an opportunity to offer serviced offices integrated into shopping centres (currently Toowong Village, Aspley Hypermarket and Australia Fair). With extensive car parks and located on major arterial roads and public transport routes, with Australia Fair additionally serviced by the city’s light rail service, these locations make Offices First a true standout.

All our facilities feature a range of shared amenities including boardrooms, meeting rooms, kitchen and café/bar areas.  Our most recent addition, Offices First Gold Coast, offers an extensive deck and offices overlooking the magnificent Broadwater.

As a company dedicated to offering flexible solutions, businesses can select the services they require and can also embrace more space as their business grows. Under our Offices First Club philosophy, any of our clients have access to all amenities at our various locations, giving them maximum flexibility for their business.
